Trouble Logging In
First make sure you have tried all the steps in the Fix All above. If you still are having problems see if you can log in at http://mail.live.com. If that does not work make sure you are signed out of everything, messenger, mail, ect. Close your browser, reopen and before signing into anything retry the steps above under Fix All. If that still doesn't try the steps again just restart computer after closing your browser. And if that still doesn't work try contacting support at http://support.officelive.com.

Trouble with not being able to view your site (Error Messages)
There are several different error messages you can get: 1. A nice Office Live message stating there is something wrong with the page followed by the error message. There are several things you can do depending on the situation, if is just one page, more than likely the page is corrupt, but all the pages on your site suddenly overnight without you doing nothing started displaying the message, Office Live is probably messing up something on their end again. First thing to do if it is only one page is to try to edit that page, try undoing the last thing you do, or removing all the modules (HTML, Contact Us, ect.) from the page. If that does not work or you cannot even edit the page then you will have to overwrite the page with a new page, you can find direction here: http://solutionsforofficelive.com/overwritepage.aspx.
