This method simply disables the ActiveX control for the image uploader, which will cause the other non-activeX uploader to be displayed instead. This will still allow you to use the image uploader if you want, by simply renabling it, this might come in handy if you want to upload a large number of smaller images. 1. In Internet Explorer go to Tools and depending on your version either go to Manage Addons, Enable or Disable Addons or Internet Options, Programs, Manage Addons. 2. Locate the Image Uploader on the list and select the disable setting, and click OK. If you ever want to use the Image Uploader again, simply repeat the steps, instead enabling the uploader. |
