Meta Tag Keywords

Metakeywords tag  are in the header portion of your site that search engines use to index your site.  Main search engines (like Google) no longer use them but smaller search engines do.

Meta Tag Description

The metadescription tag  also in the header, and while not necessarily used for indexing, it usually displayed in the search results.

Meta Tag Title

The meta title tag is arguably on of the most important of the three main meta tags, it displayed in the search results as well as in the title area on you browser.
